Website & Mobile Applications Accessibility Policy

General Policy. It is The Dime Bank’s policy to ensure that persons with disabilities have a full and equal opportunity to benefit from our services through The Dime Bank’s website and mobile applications. The Dime Bank provides effective communication with persons with disabilities and ensures that individuals with disabilities are not excluded from use of our website and other online services. 

Accessibility. The Dime Bank’s policy is to ensure its website and mobile applications are accessible to individuals with disabilities as follows:

  • All web pages, web applications, web content and mobile applications shall conform to Level A and/or Level AA Success Criteria and Conformance Requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (Dec. 11, 2008) (“WCAG 2.0”), published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
  • The Dime Bank has designated its IT Project Manager as Website Accessibility Coordinator, who is knowledgeable concerning WCAG 2.0 and accessibility standards generally and is available to ensure compliance with this Policy.

Compliance with the Policy. The Dime Bank requires employees and contractors to comply with this Policy.
