Equifax Data Breach

As you may have seen in the news, there has been a cybersecurity attack at Equifax, one of the country’s largest credit reporting companies.

Please be assured that this incident is not related to The Dime Bank, nor has there been any breach here.  The protection of your information is a top priority of ours, and as such, we simply wanted to make you aware of this incident.

We recommend you visit Equifax’s website, www.equifaxsecurity2017.com* for more information on this data breach. To find out if your information was exposed click on the ‘Potential Impact’ tab and follow the instructions. The site will tell you if you’ve been affected by this breach.
