Lost or Stolen Debit Card

To report a lost or stolen The Dime Bank debit card:

  • Call our Customer Service Center (570) 253-1970 Option 7 during these hours. 
  • After banking hours, call 1-866-DIAL-MY-Dime (866-342-5693). 
  • Report your card lost or stolen anytime by logging into your Dime On Line account and clicking on the Options tab, then ATM/Debit Card.
  • You may also deactivate or suspend your card anytime by logging into Mobile Dime, our mobile banking service. Under the menu choose Preferences and Manage Cards. This gives you the ability to quickly and easily report a card lost or stolen or temporarily suspend a card if it is misplaced when on the go or after banking hours.

To report a personal Visa® credit card lost or stolen, please call Consumer Cardmember Support at 800-558-3424. To report a business Visa credit card lost or stolen, please call Business Cardmember Support at 866-552-8855. To report Visa credit card lost or stolen when traveling outside of the United States, please call Cardmember Support at 701-461-1922 collect.
