Number of Prizes: Four sets of tickets as stated above.

Eligibility: The Music for Our Community Random Drawing Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States of America and are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Void outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Participants do not need to be customers of The Dime Bank. The winner must be able to personally pick up their prize for the Harmony in the Woods or Dorflinger Events at our Indian Orchard branch located at 1055 Texas Palmyra Hwy, Honesdale PA 18431 during regular business hours the week of the scheduled event or pick up their ticket at the will call table at the event on the date of the scheduled event. IMPORTANT NOTE: Tickets for the August baseball game at PNC field are digital and will be transferred via email. The winner will have to utilize an existing Ticketmaster account or create one using the email to which the tickets are transferred to. The digital tickets can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Pay on the winner’s smartphone prior to the event for quick and easy access to the tickets on the day of the game. If the winner is not able to pick up or access their prize, the prize will not be awarded. Acceptance of any prize by the winner constitutes permission for The Dime Bank to use the winner’s name and photographic images for promotional purposes. The winners may not appoint substitute winners or assign the prize to anyone else. The Dime Bank reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All prizes may not be awarded. The Dime Bank reserves the right to discontinue the Music for Our Community Random Drawing Giveaway or change the terms of the Music for Our Community Random Drawing Giveaway at any time. No responsibility is assumed for limitations or unavailability of prize.

The Dime Bank employees, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

If you enter four times with all three methods, you will have a total of 12 entries.

How We Will Determine the Winner: All eligible entry submissions will be combined, and one monthly random winner will be drawn on Friday of the week prior to the scheduled event’s date. The winners will be announced on The Dime Bank’s Facebook page. If the entrant filled out an entry form in person, or mailed in an entry, they will also be contacted via the phone number provided. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Limitation and Liability of Release: Facebook, The Dime Bank, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, and the employees, officers and directors of all such parties, assume no responsibility or liability for, and all entrants agree to release and hold them harmless from and against, any damages, injuries, losses, claims or causes of action of any kind arising from participation in the Music for Our Community Random Drawing Giveaway, the operation of the Music for Our Community Random Drawing Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related event. The Dime Bank and its agencies, officers, and employees are not responsible for technical malfunctions, which may occur related to the Music for Our Community Random Drawing Giveaway. No responsibility is assumed for limitations or unavailability of prize. Decisions of The Dime Bank, its agents, or employees in interpretation of these rules are final. All federal, state, and local laws apply, including information reporting requirements for federal income taxation of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any promotional materials, and terms and conditions stated in the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Listing of Winners: To receive a listing of prize winners, available after the Music for Our Community Random Drawing Giveaway closing date, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope with a note requesting the list of winners for Music for Our Community Random Drawing Giveaway to: The Dime Bank c/o Marketing Department, 1055 Texas Palmyra Hwy, PO Box 509, Honesdale PA 18431.
