To report a lost or stolen Mastercard® debit card during banking hours, call 1-888-4MY-DIME (888-469-3463). After banking hours, call 1-866-DIAL-MY-Dime (866-342-5693). You are also able to report your card lost or stolen anytime by logging into your Dime On Line account and clicking on the Options tab, then ATM/Debit Card. You may also deactivate or suspend your card anytime using Mobile Dime, our mobile banking service. This gives you the ability to quickly and easily report a card lost or stolen or temporarily suspend a card if it is misplaced when on the go or after banking hours.

To report a personal Visa® credit card lost or stolen, please call Consumer Cardmember Support at 800-558-3424. To report a business Visa credit card lost or stolen, please call Business Cardmember Support at 866-552-8855. To report Visa credit card lost or stolen when traveling outside of the United States, please call Cardmember Support at 701-461-1922 collect.
